All video content is served by and stored on external servers operated by independent third-party services.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, AnimeFLV will take the following actions:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the identified links or references on our website.
  • Where applicable, forward the complaint to the third-party hosting provider responsible for the actual content.
  • Notify the affected user or content provider (if applicable) about the takedown action.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which AnimeFLV may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

AnimeFLV maintains a policy of terminating access or removing content associated with users or sources who are repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.

6. Good Faith & Abuse Warning

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA takedown notice may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
